Shortly after graduating from the University of Toronto in 2015, Sajad learned to develop a passion for real estate. Through the management of multiple local companies, including a car dealership, he developed the skills to source the right product at the right price.
Sajad's passion led him to research trends, areas, methods to acquire real estate, and ways to increase the value of that real estate. His trust in the BRRR approach paid off, and that now drives him to help guide others.
